Bikes Blues & BBQ 2016! Fayetteville's funky fun rumbling good time festival.

Each year in Fayetteville, the rumbling comes to town.  It starts slowly with three or four together, and by day two of the festival, motorcycles are in pack form, dozens and hundreds at a time.  
Last night, I was helping a fellow agent get some film for a new listing he took in the Legacy Building.  We decided to film the view off of this client's patio.  And it is SPECTACULAR!  

The neat thing is that from the Legacy building, you can watch all of the action that Dickson Street has to offer.  The neater thing is the thick glass doors block out all of the noise from the outside, so you don't "feel" like you are living on Dickson.  

I really enjoyed putting this scene to video.  Watching the sun go down on BB&BBQ is an amazing reminder of how special our area is.  With 300k visiting us this weekend, it's also a good time to think about checking all lanes before you merge etc.  Safety is important with all these festival go-ers in town this weekend.
