Real Estate has changed a tremendous amount this year.  Super Highs. Super Lows.  Everywhere in the middle.  

Homebuyers and Sellers are adjusting to this new normal as they adjust to everything else 2020 is slapping us with.

• Covid-19 World Pandemic
• Protests around the world and especially in our Great Country over systemic racism
• A Presidential Election
• Wildfires sparking around the world, Australia and now California
• New Attention to human and child trafficking
• Largest unemployment since the Great Depression
• Families making life altering decisions on schooling and their employment
• Disasters of National Scale Storms are ripping apart our country and gulf

Here is where I get started.  As a Realtor in NWA, as a mother with two still in school, and all of these things mentioned above impacting us all beyond our wildest dreams.......there is beauty.  

In March when we shut down (NWA) it was a tremendous learning and grace needed curve.  It was exceptionally difficult to pick up where our amazing teachers left off and get all of that work done.  My son had a wonderful zoom meeting where he grabbed one of my Cook Books that had a "Bad Word" in it, and showed it to the entire class.  Mother of the year right here.

By end of April I was feeling slightly "with it" getting all the zooms attempted and work accounted for.  I eventually started immediately taking the kids (after school) out of the house to have fun.  Between real estate, kids, commitments, and all of the things happening...........I forgot the coolness of having my kids at home 24/7.

I also forgot, and now realize:

• I may never get this opportunity again
• Our next generation is being shaped to hardiness right now
• We can teach our children things we would not have had time for
• We can shape our own experience
• Our perception will shape theirs
• It is OK to have bad days and work on solutions as a family
• Snuggles and Cuddles are in full force
• Extend Grace to each other and especially YOURSELF
• We will get through this and can find positives
• LOVE:  GIVE IT SHOW IT
• Grow your relationship with your child your friends and your family
• Enjoy the stars
• The little things ARE the Big Things
• Recognize and Empathize Daily to sleep well

With a home and yard like this, you have the ability to let the children play and run. Office and flex space if needing to work at home.  Even two living areas that could easily separate the "fun" from the "work".  A Sauna to relax in.  Even a workshop that boasts the ability to build or craft.  This is dream living for sure.
